Program Manager - Mozilla Builders, Mozilla Foundation

The Mozilla Builders program is a point of entry for startups, projects, and people that want to collaborate with Mozilla towards a shared vision of the future. Currently Mozilla is focused on collaborating to build best in class open-source AI projects and nurturing a community of developers that share Mozilla’s mission to build a healthier internet and enrich people’s lives. 

For 2024 Mozilla will be launching a cohort-based program that provides funding and support for open-source maintainers and founders. During the program, participants explore curriculum to build and scale open-source AI projects, build healthy communities, and design business models.

The Program Manager (PM) is the operational backbone of the Builders team. The PM’s focus is on program operations and execution to deliver the best possible program experience for founders, mentors, partners, and other stakeholders. This includes event management, utilizing tools/developing processes to manage program data, building and scheduling the 3-month programming calendar, execution of Demo Day,  and developing the Builders playbook. The Program Manager is also responsible for collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to support their goals within the program.

Assistant General Counsel, Data Strategy/Privacy Technology, Home Depot

This position provides guidance and direction in the development, implementation, and maintenance of consistent, company-wide compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to privacy matters.  You will have a broad range of responsibilities providing legal guidance on enterprise initiatives impacting data privacy, data strategy, technology, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. You will partner cross-functionally with Home Depot’s cybersecurity, data governance, data analytics, data science, product and other teams to advise on data uses while managing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be called upon to provide privacy and data security subject matter expertise to Home Depot’s commercial attorneys as they negotiate complex commercial transactions.

This position serves as the subject matter expert to the company on issues of data strategy/privacy technology and provides related expert advice and strategic operational guidance to all functions across the company. He/she oversees or assists with and helps investigate, manage and mitigate privacy incidents, complaints, or breaches.


Principal Applied Science Manager, Microsoft

As a Principal Applied Science Manager, you will bring deep applied science expertise and a proven track record of shipping at-scale AI-enabled content moderation and intelligence capabilities.  You would work in an exciting and fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with teams across the company, including Microsoft Research, Responsible AI and various product groups. You will work as part of an organization that brings together talent in the areas of large language models, deep learning, information retrieval, software engineering, and customer experience.


Privacy Engineer, Implementation Review, Meta

Meta's Privacy Engineering organization is seeking a passionate engineer to identify, advise, investigate and mitigate privacy violations and/or exposures in Meta’s products. Your skills will be the foundation for understanding privacy risks in Meta initiatives by being the technical advocate for privacy decisions and discussions across the company. You will be relied upon to provide engineering and product teams with the privacy expertise necessary to make confident product decisions.


Data Privacy Program Manager, Levi Strauss & Co.

Levi Strauss & Co. is looking for a Data privacy Program manager to manage operational and technical projects, defining, and implementing mechanisms to protect consumer and employee data, and reducing privacy risks. You should be inquisitive, creative, and enthusiastic, motivated to improve behalf of consumers, demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills and have an ownership mentality focused to proactively drive solutions critical to the privacy program.


Senior Privacy Software Engineer II, Etsy

The Privacy Engineering team is responsible for building systems and collaborating with other platform and infrastructure teams to ensure personal data is processed or accessed according to customer expectations. As Etsy’s engineering systems become increasingly complex, its role in supporting privacy alongside fast paced business goals makes the work dynamic, ambitious and rewarding.

The Privacy Engineering team is seeking a Senior Privacy Software Engineer II to help lead the team through design, implementation and collaboration with key team members as Etsy work to make privacy the default in Etsy’s complex engineering landscape. This position will require executing complex projects, using strong communication skills to work with engineers of different types as well as cross-functional stakeholders from different backgrounds and technical levels. The right candidate for this job will have experience with privacy infrastructure at scale, demonstrated systems design and implementation, and experience setting technical direction that is aligned with business goals.


Fraud & Safety Analyst, OpenAI

OpenAI is looking for experienced Fraud & Risk Analysts to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure safety and compliance on OpenAI platforms. You will be a stakeholder in the design and implementation of systems to take action against bad actors and minimize abuse at scale, handle high risk & high visibility customer cases with care, work with enterprise account teams to manage sensitive issues for high priority customers, and build feedback loops to improve OpenAI’s fraud investigations/detection policies and systems. You will play an integral role in building expertise within the team and be part of strategic initiatives for organizational and process improvements. Ideally, you have worked in a high pace startup environment, handled a breadth of fraud and risk related issues of varying sensitivity and complexity, and are comfortable with handling deep fraud and risk craft-related issues as well as working directly with stakeholders in these issues (internal and external).

Senior Manager, Trust and Safety Operations, Expedia

As the Senior Manager, Trust & Safety Operations, you will be reporting to the Director of Trust & Safety Operations and play an essential role in keeping Expedia’s community and Expedia’s platform safe. You’ll understand and enforce Expedia’s community standards and policies regarding traveler and partner activity on Expedia’s platform. You’ll lead geographically and functionally diverse teams through challenging circumstances and engage deeply with cross functional teams, including Policy, Product, Engineering and Data Scientists to execute solutions. You’ll partner closely with teams to integrate AI/ML initiatives and advancements that will lead the way in traveler safety.
