Data Privacy Counsel, Milliman

The person in this role will be a member of the Global Data Privacy Team (GDPT) which is part of Milliman’s Legal and Compliance General Corporate Services. The person in this role will assist the Global Data Privacy Director with the implementation of the privacy program in the USA and Canada including processes, procedures and initiatives, and collaborate with other departments and practices in support of the US/Canadian privacy program. Although the primary focus will be the USA/Canada, this person will be involved in international projects and collaborate with Data Privacy Counsels in charge of other regions. The person in this role will be supervised by the Global Data Privacy Director based in Paris, France. This person will work with peers located in France, India and the USA (headquarters of Milliman’s General Corporate Services, or GCS). This role offers excellent growth opportunities and is ideal for a mid-level Counsel eager to advance to a Senior Data Protection Counsel position in the short term, and to a Head of Data Protection for the USA/Canada in the future.


Digital Product Manager, International Rescue Committee

The Digital Product Manager will report to CORE’s Digital Product Officer and support contributions to the growth and strategic effectiveness of the CORE website, Settle In website, and Settle In mobile app while supporting day-to-day operations. The Digital Product Manager will manage content on CORE's digital platforms using Drupal, WordPress, and Phrase TMS (translation management system), which includes building pages, uploading content and translations, and supporting product improvements in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. This role also oversees project management and communications with vendors that support maintenance and development of CORE’s digital products.


Research Scientist, Health AI, OpenAI

OpenAI is seeking strong researchers who are passionate about advancing AI safety and improving global health outcomes. As a Research Scientist, you will contribute to the development of safe and effective AI models for healthcare applications. You will implement practical and general methods to improve the behavior, knowledge, and reasoning of OpenAI’s models in these settings. This will require research into safety and alignment techniques that OpenAI aims to generalize towards safe and beneficial AGI.


AI Policy Fellow, Princeton University

Princeton Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence seeks AI Policy Fellows to work with federal government AI policy initiatives. Federal agencies tasked with extensive responsibilities in the 2023 Executive Order on the Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Development and Use of Artificial Intelligence would benefit from additional support to advance the responsible development and utilization of AI.

Fellows will help to:

  1. Build internal capacity in federal agencies to advance AI policy.

  2. Increase public interest technology experts in government.

  3. Provide civil society technical experts with agency experience.

4. Address AI risks and harms to promote an equitable future.


Research Scientist, Humanity, Ethics and Alignment, Google DeepMind

Research Scientists join Google DeepMind to work collaboratively within and across a range of research fields. They develop solutions to fundamental questions in machine learning, computational neuroscience, AI and AI policy and governance. Google DeepMind is looking to hire in early and mid-career levels, though will also consider more senior candidates. Those coming from academia may join us from their PhD, post-doc, or professor positions.


Data Analyst, City of Boston

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Leads and supports the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ongoing reports, analyses, dashboards, and metrics for key operations and decision-making for City departments. Serves as a resource and content expert for the department in this process.

  • Proactively builds and maintains positive and effective relationships with Departments. Works with Departments to analyze results, forecast current and future needs, assess performance, and evaluate strategic opportunities.

  • Communicates with and presents to executive leadership project results and findings.


AI Safety Engineer, Eleven Labs

As a founding member of Eleven Labs’ dedicated Safety Engineering function, you'll be at the forefront of Eleven Labs’ efforts to ensure that the immense potential of AI is harnessed in a responsible and sustainable manner.

You will work on the design and implementation of systems that detect and prevent abuse, promote user safety, and reduce risk across Eleven Labs’ platform. You will spearhead industry-wide innovation on the adoption of the latest AI and ML capabilities in content moderation, and will be primarily responsible for bringing automation and efficiency to Eleven Labs’ moderation infrastructure.


Remote Python Developer, AI Forensics

AI Forensics is looking for a Software Developer to use creative ways to collect data from Big Tech platforms to expose digital violations of human rights.

You will develop AI Forensics’ Digital Evidence Infrastructure, which enables researchers to automate experiments on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, or Microsoft Copilot, emulating the behavior of real users. You will develop the Infrastructure to test and monitor algorithms on large platforms, such as commercial Conversational Large Language Models.

Your job will involve engineering data pipelines, developing scraping modules, and orchestrating emulated mobile devices and browsers.


US Programs Associate, Center for Countering Digital Hate

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) is an international, not-for-profit research and advocacy organization that seeks to disrupt the architecture of online hate and misinformation. CCDH has been at the forefront of unmasking how online platforms and search engines drive radicalization, online harm, and pollute the information ecosystem. CDH is agile, influential and has a global impact – with offices in London and Washington D.C. and connections globally. 

The Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) works across a range of different areas, from protecting children online to countering identity-based hate and researching the harms of generative artificial intelligence. Policymakers, regulators, and elected officials are a key audience for us as CDH advance solutions. In the US, there is a unique opportunity to shape the debate on online safety and regulation of one of the largest industries in the world.   

The Policy and Partnerships team is globally minded and impact-oriented, leading the charge on social media reform in the US and ensuring regulation is fit for purpose in the UK and EU. CDH’s work advances a safer online world, where democracy, science, and truth can thrive, and CDH’s human rights and civil liberties are respected. The US Programs Associate will build relationships with leading organizations in and outside of the technology reform sector and will inject advocacy into CCDH’s existing portfolio of events and research.  


Government Affairs Coordinator, truepic

Truepic is looking for a passionate Public Affairs & Government Outreach Coordinator to support its mission of scaling transparency and authenticity across the internet. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic self-starter with talents specific to networking, identifying opportunities, and excellent writing skills. As an important member of Truepic’s Public Affairs and Social Impact team, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring and influencing how government, civil society, and academia are adopting, legislating, and discussing the authenticity of what we see and hear online. Your primary focus will be broadening the awareness, adoption, and impact of truepic’s technology by engaging with government agencies and cultivating strategic partnerships within the public sector.
