The Atlantic Council GeoTech Center is seeking an exceptional and driven individual, well-versed in project management and research, to oversee the delivery of an expanding portfolio of global technology policy initiatives. As the Assistant Director, the candidate will assume a pivotal position in steering, crafting, and coordinating the Center’s efforts, which encompass a mix of virtual and physical policy workshops, events, analytical briefs, special studies, and exclusive, high-caliber meetings.


Research Associate, Digital and Cyberspace Policy, Council on Foreign Relations

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Monitor, analyse and follow-up cybersecurity policy activities and developments 

  • Monitor, analyse and coordinate input relevant for international files of the unit, including organisation of cyber dialogues and coordination of specific input and deliverables;

  • Draft, coordinate and ensure quality checks of briefings, notes, speeches, presentations, articles and elements for interviews on cybersecurity;


Project Assistant/Officer, Digital Innovation Initiative, CEPA

The Center for European Policy Analysis (CEPA) is seeking a resourceful, qualified, and highly motivated individual to serve as Project Assistant or Project Officer for its Digital Innovation Initiative (DII), a transatlantic effort at CEPA that explores trends in tech policy in Europe and the United States. The consultant will provide day-to-day research, operational, administrative, and other support to DII’s staff and leadership from Brussels, Belgium.


UK Public Policy Lead, Ada Lovelace Institute

As UK Public Policy Lead you will deliver responsive policy research and engagement to influence law and policy related to data and AI, as part of Ada’s mission to ensure data and AI work for people and society. You’ll focus particularly on current policy development and debate around AI governance and the possibility of legislation that would support the UK’s regulatory framework for AI, as well as underlying regulation such as data protection. 


Security Engineer, Detection & Response, Grammarly

Grammarly is looking for a Security Engineer to join its Detection and Response (DART) team. As a key member of the organization, you will be instrumental in safeguarding Grammarly’s digital assets and ensuring the security posture remains robust against emerging threats. Program Manager, Innovation + Incubation, Beeck Center for Social Impact + Innovation at Georgetown University

The Program Manager, Innovation and Incubation (I+I) supports the Beeck Center’s programmatic work and is a key thought partner to the Director of Strategic Initiatives and I+I Fellows. The Program Manager, I+I works closely with emerging project teams (2-3 projects) which includes I+I Fellows, researchers, and students to establish project plans, support the execution of those plans, track milestone deliverables and impact, and strategize on future projects. The Program Manager, I+I will also contribute to cross-cutting initiatives and cross-project collaboration efforts led by the Director of Strategic Initiatives. This highly collaborative position will work closely with staff, project teams, partners, and students.


Senior Software Engineer, Block Party

As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll be part of a small but mighty engineering team and help bring Block Party’s products to market. You’ll work closely with the (technical) CEO and teammates on engineering, design, growth and go-to-market to prioritize the product and tech roadmap; you’ll also be a critical part of the engineering team responsible for building and shipping. And as a senior engineer, you’ll shape the foundations of Block Party engineering, not just in terms of the technology but also the culture and processes.


Senior Research Data Scientist, New York University

New York University is seeking to recruit a Senior Research Data Scientist for the Institute and with a special focus on developing applications and solutions to support its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Hub. The AI Hub at McSilver has been established to investigate how artificial intelligence-driven systems can be used to equitably address poverty and challenges relating to race and public health, and to provide thought leadership on the implications. The AI Hub will address a dearth of information about how AI can impact the lives of people in marginalized communities. Among the hub’s initial areas of focus will be building on the institute’s work to answer whether AI can be used to better predict suicide rates and behaviors by race, geography, income and other demographic variables, with other innovative public health research and interventions to follow. 


Research Assistant, Brookings Institute

The Research Assistant provides research, writing, editing, and administrative support directly to assigned scholars in the Center for Technology Innovation (CTI), housed in the Governance Studies (GS) program. This role undertakes research assignments and keeps up-to-date on legislation, regulation, and other policy developments relating to privacy, artificial intelligence, data governance, and other digital policy issues; assists with preparation of published materials and drafts briefing materials, summaries of developments, and material on policy issues as assigned; and serves as a point of contact for assigned CTI scholars to both internal and external parties on matters related to their work.


IT Specialist (IT Asset and Configuration Management Specialist), US Department of Labor

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses.

  • Ensure compliance with federal regulations, industry standards, and organizational policies.

  • Monitor software licenses to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorized usage.
