Engineering Manager, FAR AI
The Engineering Manager will play a crucial role to build and oversee a team of Research Engineers, who are working to ensure the safe and responsible development of advanced artificial intelligence systems.
Key responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management. Lead and grow our team of Research Engineers from 3 to 6 FTE.
Strategy. Contribute to the strategic planning of research projects, ensuring alignment with FAR’s goals and objectives.
Project Management. Oversee the project lifecycle from start to finish, working closely with all members of our research teams (Advisors, Engineers, Scientists) inside and outside of FAR.

AI Policy Analyst - Member Delivery, Responsible AI Institute
Reporting to the Director of Policy and Delivery, the ideal candidate will have a background in (technology) policy, strong writing and analytical skills, experience in consulting or client-facing engagement, and an interest in furthering responsible and trustworthy technology.
Responsibilities include…
Member Engagement: You will partner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at RAI member organizations to deliver RAI Institute’s assessments (organizational maturity assessment, system assessment, supplier assessment), including scheduling, organizing, and facilitating assessment workshops and developing reports, policies, recommendations, and presentations.
Assessment Development: You will play an active role in developing RAI Institute’s assessments and mapping product and governance standard requirements to regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, and sector-specific frameworks.
