Senior Fellow, Technology and Innovation Policy, R Street Institute

The R Street Institute—a free-market think tank headquartered in Washington, D.C., and with regional offices across the country—seeks a collaborative senior fellow to lead and manage its Internet Governance, Misinformation/Disinformation, and Content Moderation program areas. If you are the right fit, you will report to the director of Technology and Innovation.

Salary range: $110,000 - 150,000, commesurate with experience


Manager - Digital & Tech Transformation, Tony Blair Institute for Global Change

The Manager, Digital and Tech Transformation will be part of a team of central advisors on technology transformation and government innovation in Global Client Solutions (GCS) in TBI’s Government Advisory division.


The Manager role will work closely with expert Senior Advisors to support TBI country teams create an integrated picture of technology as the enabler across the senior political leader’s agenda, from scoping through project delivery. A key function is also working with Senior Advisors and the Sr. Director to evolve TBI’s service line and offers on technology transformation in the era of AI.

As Head of Platform Policy, you will be responsible for ensuring that Snap Inc’s policies for content and products remain best in class, and ensuring that operational teams have the guidance needed to implement these policies in a way that’s consistent, scalable, and equitable. Content moderation is one of the most visible issues in tech policy today -- you will be an expert on the global regulatory landscape, and build the framework and roadmaps to meet, and exceed, Snap Inc’s regulatory requirements across the company, while ensuring that Snap’s policies map to its values.

Adobe is seeking a hardworking and upbeat attorney to provide exceptional legal and business support to the Adobe Experience Manager business unit. Adobe Experience Manager allows users to get personalized, content-led experiences into market faster by combining digital asset management with the power of a content management system.

Lead Counsel, Trust & Safety, Epic Games

In this role you will be a Europe Lead for children’s privacy and safety within Government Affairs and Public Policy (GAPP) Privacy, Safety, and Security Center of Excellence. You will provide policy expertise on a range of issues related to child safety matters. You will understand the European political, regulatory, and business context and set them in a broader global perspective.

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Advise on corporate governance and securities law matters;

  • Ensure compliance with public company reporting and disclosure requirements;

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Help leadership align on a practical approach to scaling responsibly that will raise the safety waterline in industry, inform regulation, and mitigate catastrophic risks from models

  • Rally teams internally to operationalize and implement this technical roadmap and set of high-level commitments, making object level decisions as needed

  • Iterate internally on different approaches to safety challenges, feeding these learnings back into the high-level policy, and sharing our learnings with industry and policymakers

Salary range: $300,000-$405,000


Epic Law Fellowship, Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC)

EPIC invites outstanding applications for the 2025 EPIC Law Fellowship. EPIC encourages applications from law students graduating in 2025, recent graduates, and judicial clerks. 

The EPIC Law Fellow will fill an integral role in EPIC’s Washington, DC office. The Fellow will work on various EPIC Projects in areas such as Administrative Law, Appellate Advocacy, Consumer Privacy, International Privacy, Open Government, Surveillance Oversight, and State Policy. Creative, highly motivated, and accomplished law school graduates are encouraged to apply. 

The EPIC Law Fellowship is a one-year position to begin September 2025, with the possibility of renewal for a second year.

ADL is seeking a Vice President for the Center for Technology and Society to lead ADL’s effort to make digital spaces free from antisemitism and hate. The Center produces cutting-edge research, engages with social media and other tech companies, and advocates publicly to enhance efforts to address online antisemitism and hate.
