Open AI - Trust & Safety Operations Analyst

We are seeking experienced, senior-level analysts who specialize in one or more of the following areas:

  • Content Integrity & Scaled Enforcement – Detecting, reviewing, and acting on policy violations, harmful content, and emerging abuse patterns at scale.

  • Fraud & Scam Prevention – Investigating and preventing financial fraud, scams, account takeovers, model-enabled deception, and other trust-breaking behaviors.

  • Privacy & Regulatory Compliance – Managing privacy rights requests, intellectual property complaints, audit/regulatory escalations, and ensuring compliance with global frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DSA/OSA, EU AI Act).

  • Emerging Risk Operations – Identifying, triaging, and mitigating new and complex safety, policy, or integrity challenges in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

  • Safety Response Operations - Overseeing vendor escalations, workflows, managing internal escalations, conducting quality reviews, driving operational support, and leading model labeling and training efforts.

In this role, you will own high-sensitivity workflows, act as an incident manager for complex cases, and build scalable operational systems; including tooling, automation, and vendor processes that reinforce user safety and trust while meeting our legal, ethical, and product obligations.


Restless Egg - Artist-Founder

Restless Egg is the incubator for artist-founders: creators who treat technology as their canvas. We incubate and invest in the emerging genre of artist-founders, those who through rigorous creative experimentation have found the limits of existing technology and wish to make an intervention in this system by building their own products. We offer: Stipends for our 6-month program to go from idea to product. Hands on support from us and our network for product development, strategy and fundraising. Access to a network of founders, technologists and early-stage investors. Discretionary follow-on investment after 6 months to further scale projects. The amount of funding necessary will depend on the project, our offer ranges from $30k - $200k for this initial period. In return we take a small equity stake in your product. Restless Egg only sees any financial benefit if your product is a commercial success. We only succeed if you do. If your product doesn’t work out, you don’t owe us anything. Our mission is to develop a sustainable network and financial ecosystem for artist-founders.


TechnoEthos - Founding Ethicist & Legal Architect

We will be building an ethics engine that translates ethical frameworks, legal regulations, and responsible tech standards into a tool that product teams can use to guide their alignment as they develop. You will design the ethical and governance architecture. This means distilling regulations and frameworks into their core principles and ethical grounding and expressing them in simple, testable logic. You will also ensure that the logic can be communicated with the Founding Engineer in a format that is operationalizable for the backend and well reflected in the frontend dashboard. Finally, your role is to ensure that the system is both rigorous and transparent so that it can be defended to technical builders, product teams, and the public.
