Our customers have routinely inquired about our AI governance journey, and we'd like to share in a more intentional, scalable way; thus a leader for this "start up" global team is needed.
This leader will be responsible for the AI Governance advisory business with a focus on delivering strategic and tactical guidance to customers for their own AI governance strategies and practices. This role will report to the Vice President of SAS’ Data Ethics Practice and will be accountable for maintaining relationships at the highest level of enterprises (CxO, Board Level). An ability to build, juggle priorities, excel amidst ambiguity and drive concepts to tangible output are paramount to success in this role.

Meta is hiring an AI Policy & Governance Manager with expertise in AI policy issues to join its AI Policy Team. In this role, you'll help shape the company's approach to AI across its suite of products and services, and grapple with some of the trickiest policy questions with regards to the development of AI.
In this role, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, public policy managers, external stakeholders, and cross-functional partners across the company to advise on industry and AI ecosystem best practices for developing AI responsibly. You'll serve as a deep subject matter expert on AI for Meta’s global policy team and work with its teams to evaluate and respond to legislative and regulatory developments, and engage with external experts on the most prominent AI issues around the world. You’ll also write executive briefs for leadership as engagement around AI continues to ramp up globally.

Officer, Responsible AI, NATO
The Data & Artificial Intelligence Policy Unit (DAIP) is responsible for advocating, leading, and helping manage the responsible use of data and AI for NATO including supporting the DARB’s activities. It provides policy leadership, drives policy adoption, and establishes high-level frameworks and enablers to empower NATO to draw value from both open source and NATO and Allied generated data focusing on Alliance operations and missions. The unit plays also a key role in NATO’s Digital Transformation efforts.
The Responsible AI Officer contributes to shaping, delivering and implementing policies, initiatives, toolkits and standards that aim at ensuring that NATO adopts AI in its digital systems and processes as well as in exercises and operations in line with our Principles of Responsible Use.
