The Director, Global Data Privacy Program Operations, reporting into the Senior Director, Global Data Privacy Program Lead, will serve as a pivotal leadership role at Genmab and will be dedicated to translating and executing the Global Data Privacy Program strategy in close collaboration with business and functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the strategic objectives of Genmab’s Global Data Privacy Program through the independent management of program operations. This key role will help form and serve as the primary liaison to the Global Data Privacy Champion network and be responsible for the roll-out of all tactical tools, training, guidance, and other organizational resources to ensure the protection of individual privacy and data protection rights and Genmab’s ability to support those rights.


Philanthropy Fellow - U.S. Democracy / Program Analyst, Democracy, Right, and Governance Initiative, University of California,Berkeley

The responsibilities for this fellowship include…

  • Conduct research and analysis on topics that can inform grant making and strategy development and contribute to assessments of grantee organizations.

  • Work with the director and program officers on program meetings, grantee meetings, field convenings, and site visits, including preparation of materials and management of follow-up actions stemming from those meetings.

  • Contribute to grant portfolio reviews on a quarterly basis, compiling information across grantees to create consumable documents.

  • Perform monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities associated with the DRG strategy, such as theory of change development, review of grantee outcomes and indicators, and creating program dashboards.

  • Interact with the Foundation’s program and evaluation staff, grantees, funding partners, government agencies, and content experts; travel to meet with new and existing partners across the political spectrum, and attend relevant conferences.

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Rapidly assess large volumes of user content and provide policy calibrations based on ever-changing real-world contexts

  • Rely on data-driven assessments of integrity and authenticity content to inform policy development, training and scaling of enforcement tools

  • Support preparation for the platform's election and civic integrity work by detecting policy edge cases and proposing scalable solutions

  • Proactively identify and evaluate emerging misinformation and conspiracy narratives and other real-world risks to TikTok’s platform and drive solutions to help mitigate them

  • Work closely with cross-functional partners and external experts to stay up-to-date on emerging political, demographic, scientific and social media trends in the US to predict and prevent violations of TikTok's community guidelines

  • Assist team lead in providing comprehensive and ongoing training designed to inform the moderators about policy, procedures changes, recent trends, and updates

  • Become conversant with new tactics, techniques, and patterns used by adversarial and abusive parties to interfere with critical civic processes, spread harmful misinformation, and circumvent platform safety mechanisms.

Meta's Privacy Engineering organization is seeking a passionate engineer to identify, advise, investigate and mitigate privacy violations and/or exposures in its products. Your skills will be the foundation for understanding privacy risks in Meta initiatives by being the technical advocate for privacy decisions and discussions across the company. You will be relied upon to provide engineering and product teams with the privacy expertise necessary to make confident product decisions.


Trust & Safety Policy, Ads Policy Specialist, Reddit

Reddit is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Advertising Policy Specialist to join its growing Ads Policy team. The Ads Policy (AP) team develops strategic advertising policies in support of Reddit’s growing business and ensures that policy enforcement is consistent and scalable. This cross-functional position reports to Reddit’s Head of Ads Policy, and will be responsible for responding to most of the policy questions and escalations coming from the sales team, and delivering policy training to sales teams and partners.

  • Work cross functionally to deep dive into open problems,  evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products

  • Lead the efforts for engineering best practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management.

  • Guide junior engineers on the team from design, code reviews and mentor them.


Policy Manager, Online Safety, Ofcom

Key focus areas for this role include…

  1. Finalising the policy for Ofcom’s Illegal Harms Statement and setting out what online services can do to mitigate the risk of harm. This will involve drawing upon feedback from stakeholders, identifying evidence gaps and providing sound judgements on Ofcom’s final policy positions.

  2. Developing innovative regulatory approaches for tackling online fraud and scams. This will include analysis of the causes and impacts of online harm (both  fraudulent advertising and future user-generated content). It will also involve working with technology experts to recommend what online services can do to tackle these kinds of harmful content.
