In this role, you will be tasked with crafting policies and establishing operational procedures for TrustLab's content moderation efforts, focusing on a wide range of illicit online content types. Your responsibilities will extend to interpreting and responding to regulatory frameworks in the EU, UK, and the US, necessitating the ability to decipher complex legal documents. You will play a vital role in content review and assume accountability for ensuring the quality and consistency of third-party content moderators or agents through QA and calibration processes. The Media Analyst is a key member of the team that will report directly to the Director of Data & Technology, and liaise between the Program and Data & Technology teams. This is a limited-term position with an end date of December 31, 2024.
As the Media Analyst you will:
Own the creation of dashboards that monitor daily progress toward KPIs across multiple audiences and ad platforms.
Provide quality checks for our advertising naming and tracking infrastructure to establish conventions and avoid downstream reporting complications.
Pull audience counts, build lists, & match leads back to the voter file.
Fulfill ad hoc reporting requests including compiling cost and performance benchmarks to inform media strategy and writing data reports for internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Tekalo program lead to maintain and expand the Tekalo platform. Your role will involve developing and executing a technology strategy for the expansion of Tekalo.
