She is the founder and principal of Vys, the advisory firm tech companies turn to when youth safety, age-appropriate design, and youth AI risks become business-critical. Vys translates complex safety and regulatory requirements into tangible product features, specializing in safety-by-design architecture for younger users, age assurance deployments, and the mitigation of youth-centric risks in AI and emerging platforms.
Vaishnavi’s expertise is grounded in deep institutional experience. She previously served as the Global Head of Youth Policy at Meta, where she led age-appropriate strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and Reality Labs. Prior to that, she was Twitter’s first Head of Safety for APAC and served as a child safety policy lead for Google.
