Alexis Crews is the founder of ENOUGH Consulting and a strategist at the technology and geopolitics intersection. Her global impact was prominent at Meta, where as a Strategic Advisor for Governance, she developed frameworks for emerging technologies and led educational programs for the Facebook Oversight Board, focusing on global compliance and policy engagement. In 2019, Crews was key in the Regulatory Escalations team, overseeing global legal takedown requests, showcasing her proficiency in international regulatory affairs. Her strategic prowess was evident in the 2020 US Elections War room, where she directed over 200 specialists globally to devise an electoral integrity strategy.

Before Meta, Crews’ public policy contributions were significant. At the United States Institute of Peace, she concentrated on Countering Violent Extremism. Her research at Columbia University delved into Türkiye’s geopolitics and the Turkish Kurds. She led political outreach for U.S. Senator Michael Bennet in Colorado, influencing policy in foreign affairs, healthcare, and education.

Crews holds a Masters in International Relations, specializing in Intelligence and National Security from NYU, and a BA in English from Spelman College
