Meta is seeking an experienced Threat Investigator to deeply understand and mitigate how child sexual abuse and exploitation manifest on its family of apps, in addition to investigating complex threats, advancing investigative methods, and using innovative research approaches to prevent harm to children on its platforms.


Head of T&S Engineering, Anthropic

Anthropic is looking for an experienced leader to lead the T&S Engineering team. As the head of T&S engineering you will be responsible for: building detection systems to detect adversarial users, violative sessions, and abusive prompts, as well as violative completions generated from the model; building the software and data infrastructure to aid in detecting, reviewing, actioning, and recording T&S actions; building systems that scale with Anthropic’s growth; making design decisions that enable safe deployment of Anthropic’s model on Claude.ai, first-party API, and cloud platforms like AWS and GCP; collaborating deeply with research, product, and external partners to ensure robust and timely T&S coverage; partnering closely with Anthropic’s product policy, detection, and enforcement teams; building and growing a world-class T&S engineering team; and participating in ensuring that Anthropic’s Responsible Scaling Policies are met at each safety level.

As VP, Trust & Safety, you’ll shape the vision for how Upwork protects and grows the work marketplace of the future. You’ll solve a diverse set of problems, including seamless identity verification, detection, automation and education, working cross-functionally to develop unique and innovative ways to disincentivize bad customer behaviors and incentivize good ones. Through close partnerships with Legal, Policy, and Product & Process teams, you will manage global time-sensitive escalations, and child sexual exploitation and abuse incidents to protect TikTok’s online community. You will also work closely with internal teams to create and streamline business and operational processes, and increase TikTok’s overall operational efficiency to ensure TikTok’s products are free of any violative content.
