Hackathon: Evaluating Responsible AI Governance Maturity

All Tech Is Human is thrilled to be partnering with TechBetter, led by Ravit Dotan, PhD, for an invite-only virtual hackathon, supported by Notre Dame - IBM Tech Ethics Lab, on "Evaluating Responsible AI Governance Maturity" being held on Wed., Jan. 31st from 1-2:30pm EST and Wed. Feb. 7th from 1-2:30pm EST!

This hackathon is held as a part of an interdisciplinary research project to develop a Responsible AI Governance Maturity Model that is rigorous, based on widely accepted resources, and empirically informed. Participants’ analyses and inputs will have a prominent role in shaping the model.

Participants will benefit from strengthening their AI ethics skills, deep-diving into the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and learning how to evaluate companies they encounter as consumers, employees, prospective employees, or in other capacities.

Hackathon winners will receive a trophy and will be celebrated in the All Tech Is Human community through our newsletter (15k subscribers), Slack community (7k members), on social media (20k+ followers), and with a blog post.

All participants who complete the hackathon will receive a certificate of completion for “Evaluating Responsible AI Governance Maturity” and hackathon swag for bragging rights.

Attendance is through invitation, and this virtual hackathon is entirely free for those invited after filling out our interest form. Please fill out this form to express your interest in participating, and we'll be regularly sifting through this interest form and contacting individuals to invite to participate in the hackathon.
