Elisa Fox is a Program Manager at All Tech Is Human where she is building out their cyber policy and global south portfolio as well as managing their in-person community convenings. 

Before joining ATIH, she was at Observer Research Foundation America’s Cyberspace Cooperation Initiative. While at ORF America, she was responsible for research support and project management of high-level international cyber policy roundtables in the global majority. She has participated in the United Nations Open-ended Working Group on security of and in the use of ICTs and the Ad Hoc Committee on Cybercrime as a civil society stakeholder. Prior to that, she consulted for New York City Cyber Command on expanding and diversifying the cyber workforce pipeline, creating workforce development programs, and retaining cyber talent. She holds a B.A. in Politics and M.S. in Global Affairs from New York University.
