Digital Research Analyst, Institute for Strategic Dialogue

ISD-US is recruiting a Digital Research Analyst to work as part of a team researching online harms with a focus on issues pertaining to hate speech, violent extremism and disinformation. The Digital Research Analyst will conduct quantitative and qualitative digital research, including data analysis and open-source intelligence. The analyst will draft a regular cadence of reports documenting their findings.


Digital Safety Helpdesk Coordinator, SMEX

SMEX is dedicated to safeguarding the online civic space and protecting the digital rights of activists, journalists, lawyers, civil society groups, marginalized communities, and human rights defenders in Arabic-speaking countries. As part of SMEX’s mission, it is seeking a dedicated Digital Safety Helpdesk Coordinator to join its Tech Unit. The role of the Helpdesk Coordinator is to ensure the effective operation, management, and expansion of SMEX’s digital safety support services across various countries in the WANA region. You will play a crucial role in enhancing digital safety and responding effectively to online threats across Arabic-speaking countries. 


Data Governance Engineer, The Walt Disney Company

The Data Governance Engineer will be a member of the Data Governance Privacy and Compliance team whose mission is to ensure data throughout the ecosystem is in compliance with privacy and security regulations. This role requires acute attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, collaboration and understanding of large-scale cloud data platform infrastructure. In this role you will work directly with analytics, data architecture, engineering, legal and security partners to build scalable solutions to solve complex privacy related challenges.


Research Fellow - Cyber Policy and Security, Chatham House

Working under the supervision of CPP's Senior Research Fellow, the ideal candidate will possess an outstanding research portfolio on issues related to technological risks to security and help lead our research agenda. Chatham House is seeking an individual capable of undertaking complex research projects, contributing to the Journal, conducting fundraising activities, maintaining excellent relationships with funders, and collaborating closely with a dynamic team of researchers. The Research Fellow will also participate in other projects, including working closely with other Chatham House research programmes and the newly established Centre for Global Governance and Security.


Senior Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence, Mastercard

The Senior Counsel - Privacy & Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence will have an instrumental role in the development of Mastercard's AI Compliance program. The position will report to the Senior Managing Counsel, Privacy & Data Protection, Artificial Intelligence and will be a member of the Global Privacy & Data Protection team. The Senior Counsel must be abreast of Artificial Intelligence technology and familiar with key legal and technical fundamental rights considerations pertaining to Artificial Intelligence. Ability to understand complex product constructs, and to develop creative legal solutions is key.


AI Strategy and Governance Lead, Lam Research

The AI Strategy and Governance Lead will be a key member of the DS Hub team leading and driving the change management around "Use of AI" across Lam. This role will be critical to drive AI change management, lead in operationalizing the corporate AI strategy by partnering with HR, Legal, Ethics and IP teams and support developing an AI ready workforce.
