Senior Manager Trust and Safety Policy, Twitch

Reporting to the Head of Global Policy, you will work with external stakeholders, product managers, engineers, researchers, and various teams across the company to incorporate policy and privacy considerations into the products and services being developed at Twitch. You will tackle difficult content moderation questions, balancing the safety and expression needs of Twitch’s community, its role in the larger social and gaming space, and business and operational challenges. You'll do fast-paced research, writing, and partner coordination, with some irregular work hours to handle safety-related escalations on Twitch service, including weekends.

For this role you will be an experienced leader who brings experience collaborating with a wide array of audiences and is a creative problem solver who works independently and switches easily between detailed work and high-level strategic thinking. You are expected to seek out and clearly communicate relevant data to support complex business decisions, and communicate the right recommendations in a compelling and effective way. You will create plans that have objective, measurable success criteria and clearly communicate progress and outcomes and anticipate the gaps between teams, processes, and system architectures to help their organization produce the best possible results for Twitch’s community.


Manager, Trust and Safety, Scale AI

Scale AI seeks a highly motivated and experienced program manager to build out critical functions of its Trust & Safety team.

Scale AI is growing operations rapidly, on-boarding new customers, and launching products all the time. This raises new strategic questions we need to answer as well as tactical challenges we need to overcome. You will be part of a highly motivated team of operators and collaborators who will ensure Trust and Safety of all of Scale’s platforms and contributors.

The blend of operations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership make this a unique and exciting role that will provide an opportunity to work with multiple teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and several others) across the company and around the globe.


Director, Trust & Safety, Vimeo

Vimeo is looking for an experienced leader who brings a strong mix of leadership, operational rigor and business acumen to help establish the vision and drive the execution of Vimeo’s Trust & Safety operations. This role will report into the VP of Customer Support and will span all of Vimeo’s products and business segments. 

You will build out and lead the Trust & Safety team to ensure the safety of Vimeo global Vimeo community in creating, sharing and growing their businesses with video. Furthermore, you will use your experience to balance the operational realities of a fast-growing business against continuously evolving policies while working to create an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with Engineering for tool development, Product Management to drive enhancements into the product roadmap, Sales and Business Development on new opportunities and last but not least collaborate with Legal on policy and compliance.


Product Policy Analyst, Civic Integrity - USDS, TikTok

This role will sit within the USDS Product Policy Team and specialize in Integrity and Authenticity. Maximizing TikTok commitment to free expression while ensuring the safety of TikTok’s community is the team's north star. You will need to cultivate a deep understanding of the platform, its features and workflows, and its diverse community. The role will need to apply this knowledge to ensure that TikTok policies and enforcement processes respect political speech as well as one's ability to express political opinions. We are dedicated to mitigating real world harm while safeguarding civic institutions and processes, like voting and political engagement. This will require developing systems for tracking and anticipating user behavior and identifying thoughtful and creative policy solutions in a rapidly-changing environment. You will work closely with a variety of internal partners including global policy experts on Integrity and Elections,Threat Discovery and Prevention, Product, and Legal Policy Operations to ensure that TikTok is able to detect, triage, and prevent safety incidents. It can be based in Los Angeles or New York.


Trust & Safety Policy, Ads Policy Specialist, Reddit

Reddit is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive Advertising Policy Specialist to join Reddit growing Ads Policy team. The Ads Policy (AP) team develops strategic advertising policies in support of Reddit’s growing business and ensures that policy enforcement is consistent and scalable. This cross-functional position reports to Reddit Head of Ads Policy, and will be responsible for responding to most of the policy questions and escalations coming from the sales team, and delivering policy training to sales teams and partners.  


Program Manager II, Incident Management, Core, Google

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Partner with your global colleagues, manage a team of Privacy professionals in the Program Manager, Technical Program Manager and Privacy Engineer job families that respond to product privacy and trust incidents, including recruiting talent, growing team member’s careers, and ensuring their well-being at work.

  • Set strategy in collaboration with the other Privacy, Trust and Response Managers and deliver clear priorities to the team to keep the team focused on the right objectives. 

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic and complex programs as a team leader reaching beyond your immediate team.

  • Be an escalation point for the US regional Privacy, Trust and Response team, partner product teams, and executives to resolve roadblocks and conflicts.

  • Interact with senior leadership on strategy and during crisis communications to advocate for the team and for Google’s users.


Fraud Technical Investigator, Platform Abuse, OpenAI

Responsibilities for this book include…

  • Discover, triage, investigate, and report on abusive and fraudulent behaviors on our platform.

  • Respond to real-time abuse incidents by stabilizing the situation and implementing mitigations.

  • Develop new methods to expand and automate our detection coverage.

  • Collaborate with engineering, policy, and research teams to enhance our tools and understanding of abusive content.


Trust & Safety Policy - Legal Removals Policy Lead, Patreon

This role is a T&S Vertical Lead role owning three issue verticals: Hate Speech, Dangerous Orgs, and Inauthentic Behavior (mis/disinformation).

  • Lead a team of Hate Speech, Dangerous Orgs, and Inauthentic Behavior project managers and operation specialists focused on building efficiency and scale on Patreon. Scope includes strategy and operational delivery around detection, enforcement, and external partnerships.

  • Represent and advocate for support needs with product development teams, policy, legal, design, and engineering teams within Patreon

  • Work with associated T&S teams to determine support requirements, analyze processes and tools, and drive the delivery of efficient support based on organizational goals, current operations, and understanding of new abuse on- and off-platform.


Senior ML Engineer, Trust & Safety, Hinge

Join Hinge as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, where you'll lead the application of AI to effectively mitigate the impact of bad actors and ensure user safety on the platform. Working closely with an expanding Trust & Safety team, you will collaborate with product managers, data scientists, engineers, and analysts to develop impactful AI solutions. In this high-impact role within a small, dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping an AI-first Hinge, contributing to the next era of online dating. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a safer and more meaningful user experience on their journey to find connection.


Director, Policy (Trust & Safety), Epic Games

Epic Games is looking for an experienced leader to head up the Policy function of the Trust and Safety team. This person will own internal and external policy development for Epic Games’ global moderation efforts across Epic products. You will draft, review, and secure executive alignment on internal and external policies for Epic Games’ enforcement and content moderation teams to apply effectively and equitably. Focusing on enforceability when developing policy is key! As a leader on the Trust and Safety team, you will be involved in all aspects of the team, including operations, Learning & Development, product development and investigations. This person must be an effective leader in the swift and effective resolution of sensitive, nuanced, and high-priority escalations originating from both internal and external stakeholders that sometimes include sensitive content. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, public policy, and engineering teams, own individual policy projects, and contribute to long-term strategic initiatives aimed to keep Epic products welcoming for everyone.
