Advisor, Trust and Safety, PhonePe

PhonePe is looking for specialists for the Inhouse Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your primary responsibility will entail solving problems that PhonePe’s customers encounter and you will continuously look for outstanding and exciting ways to improve their experience. In this role, you will provide support to ensure that issues are either resolved faster or flagged accordingly.

Product Manager, Canva

The Content Moderation engineering team provides tools and support to internal teams to ensure content created with Canva is safe. Canva’s primary customers are its own Trust & Safety Operations team of moderators, who use a bespoke review tool, as well as feature teams building everything from Canva sites to Generative AI experiences, who send us content to review with automated classifiers and manually by moderators. Abusive content and behaviour is not only directly against Canva’s values, it hurts Canva’s business as well.


Research Grant Program, Internet Society Foundation

This program is intended for research that is applied and open, meaning the research seeks to answer a real-world question and should be openly published and made available to the scientific community at no cost. The Foundation supports research involving human or animal subjects when the project has been certified by a responsible body to be ethical and in compliance with local law.


Director, Trust & Safety Investigations and Response, Turo

Turo is seeking an accomplished Director with a proven track record in strategic planning, leadership, and operational excellence in high-stakes environments.

In this pivotal role, you will lead Turo’s programs and teams responsible for investigating auto crime incidents, securing assets, responding effectively to incidents, and maintaining robust relations with law enforcement agencies across the United States. The ideal candidate excels in developing crime mitigation strategies, leveraging data for insights, and enhancing collaboration between internal and external partners to ensure a safe, secure, and trustworthy marketplace for global customers.


Associate (or Senior Associate) for Ecosystem Trust & Safety, Institute for Security and Technology

IST is hiring a full-time Associate (or Senior Associate) for Ecosystem Trust & Safety to help design and lead the organization’s Applied Trust & Safety Initiative, a growing effort that partners with the Trust & Safety community and other stakeholders to develop and incubate solutions to ecosystem-wide challenges. In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Trust Officer and the Senior Vice President for Special Projects to set the Initiative’s strategy and scope. You will have internal and external-facing responsibilities in IST’s Trust and Safety work, including building and maintaining strong relationships with technologists, policymakers, researchers, funders, and other key IST and project stakeholders. You will represent IST at relevant IST-hosted events, conferences, professional associations, and other venues.


Manager, Trust and Safety, Scale AI

The Trust and Safety Manager will be part of a highly motivated team of operators and collaborators who will ensure Trust and Safety of all of Scale’s platforms and contributors.

The blend of operations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership make this a unique and exciting role that will provide an opportunity to work with multiple teams (e.g., Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and several others) across the company and around the globe.


Principal Software Engineer, Safety Engineering, Snap INC

This role’s responsibilities include…

  • Lead, Design and implement large-scale defenses to protect user safety

  • Lead, Design, implement, and operate critical and scalable services across the user safety infrastructure.

  • Work cross functionally to deep dive into open problems,  evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products

  • Lead the efforts for engineering best practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management.

  • Guide junior engineers on the team from design, code reviews and mentor them.


Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Account Integrity, Airbnb

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer on Airbnb’s Account Integrity team, you will be working with data scientists, designers, product managers, and customer service operations to innovate new ways to stop bad actors in the ever evolving fraud landscape across team boundaries.

On this team, you must have the curiosity to dig deep into various end to end systems in order to understand how and where the fraud occurs. Your curiosity will be rewarded with finding projects that have outsized impacts on decreasing fraud losses while increasing revenue.


Content Moderator (PUSH team), TikTok

Responsibilities for this role include…

  • Ensuring legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the short video platform especially the Push queues.

  • Development, improvement and maintenance of standards for the security of the online communities.

  • Improving the content management strategy for the short video: Push queues.

  • Coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates TikTok’s regulations.


Trust & Safety Policy - Sr. User Data Policy Specialist, Reddit

Reddit is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented User Data Policy Senior Specialist to support Reddit’s Trust & Safety Policy (TSP) team. TSP focuses on a variety of trust and safety areas, with a particular emphasis on protecting the expression rights and private information of communities and users across Reddit through strategic solutions that balance defensible risk. Within TSP, the User Data Policy team crafts strategies, policies, and workflows necessary to handle global legal requests for user account information, data protection requests, and various child safety initiatives.

This role will primarily be focused on processing U.S. and global law enforcement and government requests for account information, supporting distributed teammates around the world, and protecting user rights, including privacy and due process.
