Program Officer for Technology, Legal Services Corporation

Under the general direction of the Director of the Office of Program Performance (OPP) and their designee, works with grantee programs to use technology to improve the delivery of legal services to the eligible population and assists with managing the Technology Initiative Grant (TIG) program. Extensive travel is required annually.

As a Senior Auditor within Eticas’ algorithmic auditing team, you will lead the execution of auditing projects, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the ethics of algorithmic systems. You will guide junior team members, engage with clients and stakeholders, contribute to the definition of methodologies, analyze key findings, and create reports, publications, and other project-related content. Bloom Works is looking for an engagement manager (EM) to work with clients and teams to design and deliver on projects that advance access and equity in government digital services. 


IT Specialist, Protect Democracy

Protect Democracy seeks an IT Specialist to join its team. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the IT Manager and Project Democracy’s external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to administer, support, and troubleshoot existing technology solutions to advance Protect Democracy’s programmatic and operational objectives, while also proposing and implementing tech and cyber security innovations.


Attorney Advisor, Department of Homeland Security

The primary purpose of the position is to serve as an Attorney Advisor in the CISA OCC's Cyber Law Division. The incumbent will conduct legal research and writing, review client work products, and represent the CISA Office of the Chief Counsel (OCC) as part of client meetings, in support of a large variety of cybersecurity projects. Programmatic areas requiring support are likely to include: analyzing complex constitutional and statutory matters that bear directly on the execution of cybersecurity programs (e.g. Fourth Amendment, Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Electronic Communications Privacy Act, Wiretap Act); negotiating agreements for information sharing and collaboration, as well as cybersecurity incident response; advising on authorities and other issues relating to the execution of CISA's mission to secure federal executive branch information systems and provide cybersecurity assistance to critical infrastructure owners and operators and other federal and non-federal entities.
